Because the devices in this listing are eSIM only and do not have a physical SIM card tray, follow the prompts during activation for Set Up eSIM. If you need help with eSIM activation, visit your local network's website or store for activation assistance.

Starting on the day your order arrives, you have 60 days to return the device for a full refund. Send us a message and we will provide a pre-paid return label and return instructions.

Note: We do not cover return shipping costs if the device is taken outside of the United States after delivery.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders ship via FREE FedEx 2 Day Delivery from Lawrence, Kansas within 1 business day. Weekends are not included as business days. 1 Day expedited upgrade is available for $37.00. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will ship out that same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST on Friday will ship Monday. Tracking number e-mailed after order shipped. Orders where the total is $750.00 or higher will ship with Signature Required on delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We are able to sell internationally to the countries served by the eBay International Shipping program.

Can you provide specific pictures of the exact device I will receive?

No. We have thousands of devices in stock at any given time and so providing a picture of the exact device you will receive is not feasible.

Can you send me the IMEI of a device?
