1. Place cooked food in inner containers. Tip: If your food is relatively dry, we recommend you add approximately 2 spoons of water.

2. Open the exhaust vent cover before heating to avoid damage to lunch box shape

3. Cover the box and fasten all the clasps

4. Insert power cable (12V). Power light should automatically turn on. Note: Heating time may vary depending on the amount of food and its temperature

5. Disconnect the power cord before opening

Do not switch power on when the lunch box is empty

Do not place the lunch box in the freezer or microwave

Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.

Orders sent by Royal Mail: We do advise that the majority of orders are received within 1-3 working days of dispatch. However, for Royal Mail to class the order as lost in the post we have to allow them 15 working days to deliver before we can arrange a replacement or a refund [this is a Royal Mail rule].
Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched it is then the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your item, and as much as we would like to resolve this for you today we do have to allow them this timescale to deliver.

2. Product purchased for USE outside the UK

All our products are warrantied and designed for use within the UK. E.g. UK 3 Pin plug and 240v Supplies where applicable. Product warranties are also only valid in the UK and if there a fault with your product this must be sent back to our UK head office for refund or replacement.

3. Returns from outside the UK

If you purchase an item from our UK store then the return process is slightly different as we are based in the UK and you are taking the option to purchase from our UK Store. With this in mind any return to would be at the cost of the buyer under all circumstances.

4. Items Damaged in Transit
If your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please take some photos or a video to us show that?(the item damaged, outer packing damaged, outer packing shipping label and S&M bar code). 5. Products Dead On Arrival

If your item(s) are faulty on arrival, please advise us as such within 3 working days.
