The MiG-21 is a Soviet second-generation supersonic jet fighter. The MiG-21 fighter jet adopts a single seat delta wing aerodynamic layout and is equipped with a turbojet engine. It was developed based on the experience of jet fighters in air combat during the Korean War. Its main tasks are high-altitude and high-speed interception, reconnaissance, and can also be used for ground attacks.
