The original box should be 50 packs per box, apparently there are 4 packs missing. 2 of the 4 missing packs actually are still in the box without wrapper . They were opened as sample to customers.

Please note: All 46 packs are original packs, but they are no longer sealed as good as originally produced. packs looks like half opened already.
