If your Ikelite battery pack has been flooded, there’s still a very high chance (99%) I can restore it — even with corrosion present, as long as the outer housing is structurally intact.

Flooded pack repair includes:

• Full disassembly and internal inspection

• Corrosion removal from the circuit board

• Wiring replacement if necessary

• Charging contact replacement (if required)

📌 Note: If the battery housing is cracked or physically compromised, I typically cannot guarantee a waterproof seal or reliable performance.

⚠️ Parts required for flooded pack repair (e.g., contacts) are additional and will be quoted based on inspection.

• All packs are converted to high-performance NiMH, regardless of the original type (NiCd, Li-Ion, etc.).

• Old battery cells are removed and disposed of responsibly.

• The pack is rebuilt using brand-name 3,600 mAh NiMH cells.

• Rebuilt packs are compatible with Ikelite NiMH and Li-Ion chargers (not NiCd chargers).

• Batteries support hundreds of charge cycles with proper care.

• Wiring & contacts can be replaced

• Corrosion can be cleaned from the circuit board

• Cracked housings cannot be reliably repaired
