The 7 Iron is Regular flex and the rest of the clubs have Stiff shafts. The backs of the club heads have some light rust, otherwise the clubs are in very good shape, see photos.

Clubs included are 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 Irons, and a Pitching Wedge.

The grips are Lamkin Tour Model.
