Parts are in Good Used Condition with No Damage except Normal Wear unless stated otherwise. If an item is listed as OEM it is an original manufacturer equipment to the best of our knowledge. If an item is listed as aftermarket, please know aftermarket items are not original. Aftermarket items should not be expected to have perfect fitment as OEM items would and likely will not exactly match the paint of OEM items. All of our items come from used vehicles. It should be expected that ALL parts will have wear and tear from normal use.
If you are expecting a new part, please refrain from purchasing our items and purchase brand new items from the manufacturer or dealership.
Shipping
For international buyers: All import charges, duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not covered under the shipping or purchase price of this sale. We cannot adjust or amend any values to influence your country's customs fees.
We ship nearly all orders within 24 hrs and add tracking numbers to eBay as soon as we ship. If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible through eBay messages.
Payment
We accept all forms of payment that are permitted by eBay.
Returns
If an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact us as soon as possible through eBay messages so that we can resolve the issue. International buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return.
Shipping Information:
Local Pickup: You can pick up your parts directly from our warehouse.
Domestic Shipping: Ground shipping rates apply for orders within the continental United States.
International Shipping: Rates apply for locations outside the continental U.S. Please be aware that international shipments may incur Import Tax and Duty Charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs Fees: Any customs fees or charges for international shipments will be the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping Costs for International Orders: Shipping rates and carriers may vary depending on your final destination.
Additional Shipping Charges: For deliveries to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, or Alaska, extra shipping charges may apply.
Large Automotive Parts Shipping: For oversized items such as hoods, door shells, fenders, engines, transmissions, trunks, hatches, bumpers, subframes, and other large parts, processing time is 1 business day. These items must be shipped to a commercial or business address via Freight Shipping. Shipping large parts to a residential address will incur additional fees.
Shipping Address: We will only ship to the address provided during checkout on eBay (except for Freight shipments).
Freight Shipping Unloading: Freight shipments will require you to unload your parts upon delivery. If you’re unable to do so, the shipping company may charge a fee to unload the parts on your behalf.
