Tailored for your needs, the Yale Sync Powered External Siren is the ideal visual deterrent for arming your home and improving your home security for enhanced peace of mind. Simply plug into the mains and connect to your Yale Home App through your phone, tablet or Apple Watch for quick, easy installation, set-up and control. Check in from anywhere in the world and receive alerts and real-time notifications when your alarm is triggered. The handy geolocation feature reminds you to set the alarm when you’re leaving home, giving you one less thing to worry about.
Powered by a 12v power supply, the siren generates 104db of noise, projectable over a 200m range, with tamper alerts sent directly to your phone/smart watch. No need to change batteries* or worry about power failure, as the Siren comes with a built-in backup battery powered generator for greater reliability.

*Battery power will be used if mains power supply is interrupted. You will need to change these batteries should your Siren no longer be powered by a mains power supply. Please note, a low battery signal will only be sent to the control panel when AC power is not in use.

We post all orders within 24 working-hours Monday to Friday.
Please be aware from time to time the delivery couriers do not meet their delivery promise for the service we pay for. Once the parcel has left our warehouse we have no control over the delivery couriers.
If an issue arises due to delivery please let us know so we can do what we can to assist . All parcels are tracked on delivery to ensure your item is delivered in the fastest and most secure way possible

Terms of Sale
We offer refund subject to following terms.

- Your right to cancel an order can be exercised in writing by using the messaging service before the item has shipped.
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- If you have a problem with your order, you must inform us with-in 7 working days of receipt of goods. The buyer has 30 days to return the item back to us. The buyer is to bear the cost of returning unwanted goods.
- If the problem is our own error, we will provide a pre-paid returns label.
- All items must be complete including original packaging, accessories and literature.
- For items that have been opened are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a seller error, we may deduct up to 50% of the item price based on the condition of the product.
- You order the wrong item, not a problem, do not open it send it back we will issue a refund. The buyer pays the return postage cost.
- It is buyer's responsibility to check all the details before buying. If unsure please talk to us first.

- You may return any new PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone purchased from Trade Lists UK that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or incorrectly advertised, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Trade Lists UK reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee up to 50% of the product sales price based on the condition of the product if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
- Any returned PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering or passwords not removed will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee equal to and above 50% of the purchase price based on the condition of the product.
- Trade Lists UK will not accept returns of any PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
- New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.
