This is an M&Ms "Under The Hood" yellow car candy dispenser.  Car has a hatch on the roof to pour your candy into.  Push the hood down, and candy is dispensed from a chute on the side of the car!  Item was made in 2006.  It has some wear.  Please see all photos for details.
