Stone is possibly a Citrine but I only have a diamond tester and I am not a gemologist. Experience tells me because it is set within 18K gold it most probably is a Citrine but I am not 100% sure on this.

There is a small imperfection/scratch/scrape? on the one side of the stone which can be seen in the second last two photos.

Unlike my loving wife the stone is not perfect.
