I don’t know the name of the pattern. It’s solid white with an embossed floral vine pattern and hem stitch trim. The cotton is thicker than most pillowcases.

It’s in great preowned condition. I do see two small stains. One is a tiny dot size and and the other is a very faded yellowish color. See pics.
