In my experience I have had better results using the letter system for postage of trading cards.  Parcel Post while costing more exposes these light packages to potential damage and crush issues from bigger items in the parcel post system.

Prefer Big Fish, Little Pond approach over the Little Fish, Big Pond alternative.
