Galloway - 1/4 Scale of 5 HP Hit and Miss Engine with NEW CAD DRAWINGS. All of the Galloway casting kits have redrawn plans. The errors have been removed from the old Shelly Drawings.

Kit Contains:

Cast Iron Castings (8)
2 flywheels, base, bearing caps, cylinder, head and sub-base

Bronze Castings (9)
Connecting rod bearing, carburetor, igniter, push rod brackets, governor bracket, rocker arm bracket, muffler top and muffler bottom.

Aluminum Castings (2)
Water hopper and Piston

Set of Gears (Bored to size)
Detailed Blueprints (5) 17" x 22", (3) 11½" x 14", (1) 8½" x 11"

¼ Scale Galloway Specifications:
Flywheels - 7.625 inch
Bore - 1.312 inch
Stroke - 2.530 inch

A lathe and milling machine are needed to finish the castings and to fabricate the additional parts required.

NOTE: An Investment Cast Steel Crankshaft cast from a lost wax pattern is available separately. This is available for the ¼ scale Galloway only. (crankshaft must be machined). Available Separately See Below.

Durabar Cylinder sleeve material available, sold separately. It is heavy and adds to shipping, it is cast iron material and can be easily sourced locally.
