🦋Phra Kruba Krissana Intawanno was born in August 1, 2497. He is the 9th child in the family, with ten children. Kruba took up the robes as a monk under Phra Kruba Pu and followed him on Tudong to Cambodia and Laos. When Kruba was 25, he received his Bhikku ordination on October 27, 2522. His monkhood name, “Intawanno,” was given at that time. After that, Kruba spent ten years studying Buddhist holy texts and practicing meditation in the forest, which is located in the Northern part of Thailand.

🦋In 2532, Kruba resided in a cave above the Moonbon Dam in Khonburi. After three years, local people knew about a great monk in their area; thus, they requested Kruba to move to the forest and build Wat Pa Mahawan, a forest monastery. Facilities were built, and a pond of water was supplied, which was dug with the help and efforts of the local people. Kruba used the earth from the newly dug pond to make the Salika Couple a sacred object of worship and blessed by Kruba himself. After that, Kruba continues making his Butterfly amulet, a pair of Salika.
