Please check the accuracy of your mailing address. We ship to the address you provide. If a package returns to us unable to be delivered, you will have to pay for shipping for another shipping attempt. 

If item is shipped Free, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless it's an error from Seller.

The amount you pay for shipping is based on the item weight and packaging. I don't inflate shipping charges. It's based on what the carrier of your choice charges.
