We provide a limited warranty for all ITOP products. 

The warranty period for spare parts is 12 months from the shipment date on the bill of lading. 

Within the warranty period, ITOP will replace defective spare parts.

However, any damage caused by human error and non-adherence to operating instructions are not included. 

Consumable parts (for example blades, light bulbs, etc.)are also not included, ITOP will provide technical support accordingly.
