Vintage Ocean City Philadelphia 991 Baitcasting Saltwater Fishing Reel, USA 1950

I actually found this inside of an old man's office on a shelf. He is 92 years old. He used to own multiple Car dealerships he is now long retired  And enjoying life. He had Lots of unique items that I will be listing a lot of his stuff periodically so make sure you go through my listings. Please look at all photos for condition and what you are buying as The item you see in the photo is the one you will receive. In one of the photos it says This knob is stiff. It does not spin freely. Also one of the photos shows the plastic part that meets the metal housing in the center is chipped.

The first 6 photos were taken with the Flash off. The last 6 photos were taken with the Flash on. With the Flash on. I do not want to mislead anybody.
