Terms of Sale

We offer refund subject to following terms.

Your right to cancel an order can be exercised in writing by using the messaging service before the item has shipped.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
If you have a problem with your order, you must inform us with-in 7 working days of receipt of goods. The buyer has 30 days to return the item back to us. The buyer is to bear the cost of returning unwanted goods.
If the problem is our own error, we will provide a pre-paid returns label.

You may return any new PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone purchased from Trade Lists UK that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or incorrectly advertised, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Trade Lists UK reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee up to 50% of the product sales price based on the condition of the product if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned PC, Notebook, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Tablets, Smart Phone that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering or passwords not removed will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee equal to and above 50% of the purchase price based on the condition of the product.
