We accept payment by: Paypal (immediate payment only), bank transfers and cash on collection. If payment is not received within 5 days, item will be relisted and unpaid item process against nonpaying buyer will be started. If you have purchased several items we will be happy to combine the postage but you would need to request a total from us for the amended cost of postage.

Postage: We take pride in our ability to effectively and promptly ship your boiler parts purchased. Items will be dispatched upon receipt of payment, if your paid order is received before 14:00, we make every effort to ship on the same day. Goods will be delivered via courier or Royal Mail usually 1 to 2 working days. Items are securely packaged and dispatched on Monday to Saturday.For non Royal Mail packages ( Larger / heavier items) the postage to the Scottish highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly & The Channel Islands will be more expensive. The courier has a zonal charge on these areas so charge us more.

Please check package before signing for delivery ,a signature means you have received the package in good condition and cannot make a claim against the courier.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We will to ship to most international addresses with the exception of PO Boxes. Please contact us before buying to enable us to quote the delivery costs.

COLLECTIONS

Please Contact us prior to ordering so we can arrange a collection time.

Returns are simple. If we made a mistake we will be happy to give a full refund. If return is the result of buyer error the buyer is responsible for returning the part and a 20% restocking fee. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be made after the item is received and is verified to be in like condition from when it was shipped by us, so please pack returns very well. Even though most of our items say “Free Shipping”, there is a shipping cost to get the part to you.
