We want you to absolutely love your purchase. So If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the returned item price minus shipping. If the item is returned after the stipulated time it will be subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee or refusal. For any item to be eligible for return or exchange the products must be in its original condition with the packaging it came in. If the returned item packaging is torn or is missing then there will be a Restocking Fee of up to 25%. We hold the right to refuse the acceptance or charge a 60 percent re-stocking fee for used items.
We promise to ship your order out in a
timely fashion. We ship to the address specified on your eBay.com order.

Tracking information is provided
at the time of shipping. Should you not receive your tracking number and
carrier, please let us know and we will be more than glad to provide
you with that information.
Items returned to us due to an undeliverable or unclaimed status, or an insufficient or incorrect address may be re-shipped for an additional charge. All of our orders are shipped with a Signature Confirmation
requirement. It is a customer's responsibility to track and retrieve
the item if an attempt is made to deliver but is unsuccessful and a
notice is left.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If you received an item that is damaged, defective or wrong upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we'll try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is of prime importance to us and hence we allow up to 3 days from the date of delivery to claim the issue. A standard 30 day Return Policy will apply if the issue is reported after 3 days from the date of delivery.
International buyers, please note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges
(typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's
responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping
charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to
bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be. International packages which are refused by the customer will be subjected to a deduction of 25% return package fee along with the original shipping.
Also, the package may take up to 4 weeks to return back to us and hence
please expect the refund to take up to 4-6 weeks to process.
