This is a vinal headliner found in a box in a barn.  Does not appear to ever been installed.  Pictures tell condition and aprox. size.  I would call the color dark gray.  No rips or tears.  Did notice minor stain on light side of square piece but not showing on color side.  This is all I know about this item.  Good luck and I hope this will be an item you can use.
