Vintage Sarmi 1960's sweet short dress in a retro floral and stripe print. Slightly puffed sleeves with three coordinated cloth covered buttons at each cuff.  Orange belt attached at one side (could be removed) that fastens with snap. Back zip and hook and eye. 

Content unknown, silky material.

Okay condition. No holes or tears, but there is some dye bleed throughout the skirt (see close ups) and a tiny area of fading to the orange at  back top. Still wearable as is, but we think it would be adorable if the skirt was removed and it was shortened into a short peplum blouse and paired with cigarette pants or a slim jean.
