    Installation Method：

    • Carefully clean all surfaces of the engine block and cylinder head.
    • Also clean the bolt holes thoroughly, making sure there is no oil or water.
    • Attention!! The result may be that the cylinder head is not actually tightened to the correct specification, although the bolts are tightened, or that maximum pressure is applied to the cylinder block.
    • Check the flatness of the surface length and width, making sure to remove deformations, scratches, grooves or protrusions.
    • Attention!! Have an expert do this! Depending on the type of cylinder head gasket, the cylinder head should be polished extremely smooth or slightly rough.
    • Check and follow the dimensions and thickness specified by the manufacturer.
    • Attention! !For diesel engines, measure the piston overhang to select the cylinder head gasket of the correct thickness.
    • Carefully place the gasket on the engine block.
    • Attention! !Do not use liquid sealants.
    • Do not damage the gasket when installing the cylinder head, use a new set of (torque-yield) bolts.
    • Lubricate the threads and heads of the bolts with a cloth lightly moistened with oil, and if washers are specified, lightly lubricate between the washers and the heads.
