Either from the 80’s or 90’s

The terry cloth band has separated from the hat.

Hat does have discoloration, stained, a run in material exterior cap, and banding has separated.

Tag is very old and illegible to read.

YKK plastic secured in back of hat to adjust size. I have not moved this due to the hat being older.
