Waist 11 1/2”

This is either a 00, 0, or an XXS. I used to be able to fit this when I was a size 0. It was very cute on I can unfortunately no longer fit it.

Skirt is not lined.

There is one stain pictured on skirt. It has never come out since I owned this.
