Overview
This MagCAD top bearing cover allows you to mount a compatible Enve IN-Route stem to your Specialized Tarmac SL8 bike.

The remodelled top bearing cover matches the profile of the OEM Specialized Tarmac SL8 bearing cover to the shape of the Enve IN-Route system, allowing for completely internal routed cabling on your Tarmac SL8.

This MagCAD top bearing cover is 6.7mm in height, the same as the OEM Specialized Tarmac SL8 top bearing cover. The Enve stem can be fitted directly on top for a "slammed" low stack height setup or fitted with Enve IN-Route spacers, not supplied, for a taller headset stack height.

​Application
All MagCAD headset parts are 3D printed in a durable Nylon to ensure they are robust to many years of use. As with any steering related components they should be installed by a competent mechanic and inspected regularly. Incorrect assembly or mis-use may result in damage to the headset components.

Material
MagCAD Mounts are 3D printed in Nylon PA12. However these are not your typical home 3D printers. Following a process of SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) on industrial size printers, costing anything above £100k, the resulting mounts have fantastic resolution and refinement. The surface finish is slightly rough with a matte effect and the performance of the mounts are comparable to injection moulded parts.
