I found this in a storage locker that I purchased in an auction and unfortunately it does not move so I am guessing the battery must be dead, but I cannot guarantee that once replacing the battery it would work therefore it is being sold as is/for parts or repairs to avoid any problems.

I wiped it the best I could, but a deep cleaning might be a good idea, and I will leave that up to you the expert.
