B&D Garage Door Remote Programming
Programming a new remote
1. Press and hold both buttons 1 and 2 on the new remote at the same
time. The red light on the remote will illuminate. If the light DOES NOT
illuminate, please repeat this step with buttons 3 and 4.
2. Continue to hold both buttons on the remote until the light goes out.
You have now successfully switched the frequency of the remote to the
correct frequency for your motor.
3. Locate the Code Set button on your motor. Some motors have a seethrough plastic cover of the buttons, if so, please remove this.
4. Press the Code Set button on the motor once and immediately release. A
red light on the motor will illuminate.
5. Press and release the button on the new remote you wish to code to the
motor for 1-2 seconds. The light on the motor will begin to flash.
6. Press the same button on the new remote. The light on the motor will
stop flashing.
7. The remote is now programmed and will be able to operate the door.
If your remote no longer operates the door after programming, you may have
accidentally switched the frequency. This often happens if you accidentally hold
buttons together. To correct this please repeat steps 1 and 2. If problems
persist, please do not hesitate to contact us.
WARRANTY
Please note that the warranty only covers failure due to manufacturer fault and does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. For warranty inquiries or to initiate a warranty evaluation, please contact our customer service team.
RETURN POLICY
1. Any product can be returned for a refund within 60 days from the Date of Purchase.
2. Buy Remotes must be notified that an item is being returned, by opening an eBay Returns Case. If you do not know how to open one, we will assist you.
3. All products must be returned in the original condition they were sent, including any accessories, manuals or parts. We reserve the right to refuse a return when returned in a partial, used or damaged state.
4. All returning products must be accompanied returned via Tracked Postage. This is so we can both see where it is and in the event of a delay, we can chase up the package handler on your behalf

If you wish to upgrade your shipping to a tracked post method, we offer registered and express post in the checkout. If you would prefer we use a specific courier, please request this in your Buyers Notes. We will endevour to use your chosen courier, where possible.
