This is a beautiful vintage Elgin wristwatch in silver band and white dial color. The watch features a working mechanical 17 jewel (manual) movement and 12-hour dial. It is not water-resistant . This watch is a classic Elgin design.

Watch winds smoothly, runs and keeps accurate time.  The watch shows some wear and does have a single scratch on the crystal that does not impact your view of the dial.  Dial could use a cleaning but the movement appears spotless.
