Laptop batteries are not guaranteed - We test that they hold a charge, are not showing any errors and show as Fair/Normal in the BIOS - We can not send individual photos of the BIOS Battery health.

Battery drain time is dictated by usage. A laptop sat on standby or used with economic power settings will use far less battery power than a laptop streaming a film or playing a game at full screen resolution or running multiple applications or playing music etc - Any 'The battery last X Hours' description in a used machine is highly deceptive and we will not use it for this reason.

Batteries are not covered by any guarantee - We are unable to advise how long the battery charge will last or provide a health report as this is deceptive and entirely dependant on usage. We test that the battery is holding charge only, no further battery tests completed or available.

All our products are removed from working commercial environments. 

We do not grade our equipment as it is subjective and we have found when purchasing products ourselves that our standards differ from others so we show as many photographs as we can of the actual product you will receive so as not to mislead our buyers. These are used devices so you can expect to find signs of use i.e. wear to trackpads/keys/wrist rest, minor scuffs/scratches/wear to the case and around ports, marks from sticker removal, dust etc
 
As all items are sold as seen, not extensively tested or cleaned, buyers accept that returns maybe subject to a restocking fee.

Brand New Items that have had the original packaging seals broken or tampered with will not be returnable for a full refund.

In very rare and exceptional situations we maybe forced to substitute your item due to a warehouse error or incident. Should this happen we will always notify the buyer and give the opportunity to cancel the sale with no penalty or will substitute the item with an identical item or one of higher value.
All items are dispatched within two working days after payment is made. For example purchases on Monday, would be processed on Tuesday for dispatch no later than Wednesday evening - Orders placed on Friday or Over the Weekend, will be processed on Monday for a Tuesday dispatch. 

Your tracking will be updated once it is dispatched. We can not dispatch any sooner than the advertised schedule as above. 

Unless stated otherwise items are shipped using a 48hr service which is courier dependant or via Royal Mail Second Class which currently has an estimate of 3-5 working days. 

Please do not make a purchase and then ask for combined shipping or an expedited postage service. If we can offer a faster shipping option it will show in the listing, however the dispatch time will remain the same. Orders maybe cancelled if we can not meet your schedule. 

If you require an item to arrive prior to our estimated delivery time, please get in touch BEFORE you place your order to avoid disappointment or your order being cancelled. 

We do not offer a next day service or a same day dispatch. 

An invoice will be provided with your order as standard. Please do not ask for one as a buyers note as this is not monitored. 
Please note, where postage is paid by the buyer this is non refundable in the event of a return. If an item has been used, altered, seals broken etc a deduction to any refund applicable will also be made to reflect the current value of the item in returned condition.
