The "Light It" is a programmable light controller which will work with either DCC or DC! Each floor has separate  led's and is controlled by the "LIGHT IT" INDEPENDENTLY! NOTE: This is just a 2 wire hook-up directly on the bus or DC transformer and programming is very simple (instructions included)!
