C0G dielectric, classified by the Electronics Industries Alliance (EIA) as Class I "stable," is ideal for applications requiring temperature compensation, such as resonant circuits, where consistent Q and capacitance stability are crucial. It maintains its capacitance over time and voltage, with minimal variation relative to ambient temperature. Capacitance remains stable within ±30ppm/°C across a wide temperature range from −55°C to +125°C.

Furthermore, these capacitors meet rigorous standards, including the UL Standard 94V–0 flame test requirements and the stringent Automotive Electronics Council's AEC–Q200 qualification standards.
