This approximately 140-year-old Victorian trade card measures 5x3.5 and is in fair condition. There is rubbing to the top left and some light fading of colors. A pop up man comes out of the pipe and still works as intended. It was put out by the Burrow & Stiles Lithograph Company, New York.
