Since the manufacture of the first diesel truck in 1924, and the first diesel car in 1936, Bosch has been one of the world’s leading providers of diesel technology.

Denoxtronic®, the Bosch exhaust-gas treatment system is being used in the majority of diesel vehicles with increasing significance for the independent aftermarket vehicle workshop. The system injects the Diesel exhaust fluid, commonly known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), Denoxtronic systems for cars and light commercial vehicles solution or AdBlue®, into the exhaust-gas stream. In combination with the catalytic converter, the system converts harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) into water and nitrogen. The latest Denoxtronic® systems for PC and LCV vehicles is the 5 series generation, this generation typically consists of a supply module that is attached to the DEF tank via a plastic welding process which fuses the tank and the supply module into one unit. In the aftermarket, for many repair cases, it is no longer required to replace the complete DEF tank and supply pump combination.

With Denoxtronic® 5, the supply module is located under the DEF tank, this is where the pump can be replaced separately.

Supply module


The supply module brings DEF to the required pressure and feeds it to the dosing module. It contains the tank heater for thawing of the DEF if necessary.

Supply pump kit

The supply pump is located inside the supply module. The complete kit solution, available from Bosch, conveniently includes all the parts necessary for a successful supply pump replacement.

We send all our items by courier, requiring a signature on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Exclusions: We do not ship to Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GY), British Forces Post Office (BFPO) or Military addresses.

Returns

The returns policy on each listing outlines; when the return period begins, the length of the return period and the person or persons responsible for expenses endured by return postage. PF Jones does not accept returns outside of the time frame stated in the returns policy.

All items including Click & Collect orders must be sent to the PF Jones returns address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe transit of all returned items.

All returns must be authorised by a PF Jones employee and accompanied with an RMA number. Returned items must be in the original condition with no signs of fitting or use.

Subsequent to PF Jones receiving a returned item from the Buyer, PF Jones endeavours to inspect the item within 7 working days. Once the inspection is complete, the Buyer will be contacted directly regarding a refund or to explain any issues raised as a consequence of the inspection.

Subsequent to the PF Jones' inspection of a returned item, where required, PF Jones endeavours to refund the Buyer within 7 working days. Refunds can only be issued to the Buyer via the original payment method.

Any item that is made to order cannot be cancelled or returned to the Seller. The Buyer will be made aware of any item that is made to order in writing prior to an order being accepted.
