Got it from an estate sale of a nice home.  Original case and original package, gently used (see pix for details) .  Size of the box, 5" L, 2" H, total weight, 1 lb 4  oz.

The chess pieces are about 1 1/8" square, and about 1/2" thick, with gold color on face and reddish gold on the back--very pretty, and high quality celluloid product at the time!  The Chess board made from high quality rice paper, durable and easy to fold/spread.  Beautiful hand written calligraphic characters in Black and Red.  A true collectible for a chess lover!
