Siemans SpeedStream 4100 Ethernet ADSL Modem

AC Adapter NOT included,  but works with a common 12V 500mA power supply

The modem is in excellent condition.

It lights up and searches for the ethernet when plugged in and switched on, but that's as far as I was able to test it.
