This sale is for a Single Sheepsfoot Packer with a padded tooth roller. 

The packer is made of resin components that are fixed together and painted forming a single unit. The pins used to attach the rollers do allow the packer to roll! This packer is painted using old Caterpillar yellow (also known as Hi-Way Yellow), which was used from 1931-1979.
