This item ships worldwide. Shipping costs are already included in the total sales price. (Please note: while it is called “Free Shipping,” the cost is built into the item price.)
For international orders, we use eBay’s Global Shipping Program. We ship to eBay’s U.S. facility, and eBay handles the international delivery to you.

How to Check Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Shipping methods may include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground Economy, or FedEx 2nd Day.

Typical delivery time: 1–3 business days, up to 5 business days for East Coast addresses.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived by the eBay‑promised delivery date, please contact your local carrier (Post Office, UPS, FedEx, etc.) with your tracking number. They can open a trace and usually locate the package quickly, since it is typically already in your area.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer. In that case, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.

Expedited Shipping

•  Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available in the lower 48 states.
•  These upgrades are non‑refundable.
•  Next Day Air is available only in Oregon.
•  Check the “Fast ’N Free” date in the listing for estimated delivery times.

Customs and Duties

•  All customs forms are legally completed as merchandise.
•  Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s           customs office.
•  The declared customs value will be the final bid price (excluding shipping/handling).

Important Note

Toms_Tools and Best Choice Mart are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier. Once marked delivered, the buyer assumes responsibility and must work with the carrier for resolution.

USA

•  Items must be returned in their original packaging to avoid a 15% restocking fee.
•  For non‑defective returns, refunds will be issued minus our original shipping cost.
•  eBay’s automatic return label policy applies. If the return is non‑defective, the cost of     the return label will also be deducted from the refund.
•  Return processing typically takes a few business days.
•  Packages marked “Return to Sender” or returned with postage due will not be                 accepted.

International Returns

Due to our low prices and shipping costs rising, we cannot accept international returns. If a buyer chooses to return an item at their own expense, we will refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs) once the item is received and inspected.

Replacements for Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged, we will send replacements at no cost to you. To ensure accuracy, a photo of the damaged part may be required.

•  Issues must be reported to Best Choice Mart via email within 3 days of delivery.
•  After 3 days, items are considered to be in good condition.

Warranty Policy

About California Proposition 65

Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The warnings are intended to help california consumers make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals from the products they use. The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the listed chemicals, which includes more that 850 chemicals. In August 2016, OEHHA adopted new regulations, effective on August 30, 2018, which change the information required in Proposition 65 warnings.

Coffee and Some Roasted Nuts, Baked Goods and Snack Foods
