Duplication should be minimal to none. Counted 50 at a time, so if duplication occurs, shouldn't be more than 2 of any particular card. 

Condition will vary from Near Mint (NM) to Damaged (DM). The average condition would be Slightly Played (SP) to Moderately Played (MP).

Cards in Near Mint (NM) condition show minimal to no wear from shuffling or general play. A card graded in Near Mint condition is generally indistinguishable from cards in an unsleeved deck of other Near Mint cards. Foils in this category have little or no scuffing or clouding on the front.

Cards in Slightly Played (SP) condition show definite, minor wear. Examples of cards in this grade include cards with minor border wear, minor corner wear, very minor binder bending, slight scratching, clouding, or scuffing/loss of sheen on the front due to play wear. Foils in this condition will generally have some clouding or wear on the front of the card.

Cards in Moderately Played (MP) condition show moderate wear, but are still legal for tournament play if sleeved. Examples of cards in this grade include cards with moderate binder creasing, moderate corner wear, moderate border wear, whitening on the back or front face of the card, slight inking along the back borders, moderate scratching or clouding, minor water damage, or slight (hairline) shuffle creasing.

Heavily Played (HP) cards may show heavy wear. Most Heavily Played are generally tournament playable sleeved or double sleeved. Examples of cards in this grade include cards with inking, dirt, moderate or major water damage, major whitening, major corner/boarder wear, massive shuffle creasing, bulk shuffle creasing, creasing, indention, delamination, or foil delamination.

Damaged (DM) cards are torn or have holes, have significant water damage over the entire card, are bent or warped, or have severe bends.
