 THE FAMILY CIRCUS comic strip, originally entitled THE FAMILY CIRCLE 

and later, FAMILY-GO-ROUND, was created and originally drawn by Bil Keane. 

It has been in print since February 29, 1960. When Keane died in 2011,

 his son, Jeff, assumed production of the strip.
