The handle of the crab fork is engraved with an illustration handwritten by the original author, Ms. Ryoko Kui! This mark was newly designed by Ms. Ryoko Kui for the commercialization of this collaborative product made in Tsubame-Sanjo! The fork can be used to tear open the soft shell of a crab leg with the forked end, to loosen the crab meat, and to scoop out the crab innards with the spoon end. Many crab forks are inexpensive and made overseas, but this one is made in Tsubame-Sanjo and is solid and burr-free. Made of stainless steel, which is resistant to rust and easy to clean
