Ingredients:
Rye malt, Barley malt, Water, Hop extract

One pack contains:
3 sachets of kvass wort
3 sachets of yeast
1 sachet of kvass wort, 1 sachet of yeast, 150 grams of sugar are for 3 liters.



Method for preparing kvass:
Pour into a clean jar 3 liters of boiled water t = 25°C - 30°C. Add kvass wort from 1 sachet and 150 grams of sugar. All mix.
Carefully pour into the jar a yeast of 1 sachet.
Сover the jar with a clean towel.
Put in a warm place (
t = 20°C - 24°C) for 24 hours.

Tips for Making and Serving Kvass :
To improve the taste, you can add the raisins in the preparation of kvass.
Kvass is best served chilled in hot weather.
