There is nothing like the aggressive look of a car with the right stance! BMR Suspension believes the right springs go beyond looks—your 2024 S650 Mustang needs to perform, too! BMR springs are manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire, and are cold wound on a CNC coiling machine. The CNC coiling head can adjust the spring diameter in real time to ensure that every spring is exactly the same. This guarantees that your right spring matches your left spring. Every BMR spring is compressed solid at the factory, not once, but twice. This gives the spring its permanent set, and guarantees no sag. BMR springs are stress-relieved at 750 degrees F, ensuring most stresses induced during the winding process are eliminated. All springs are then shot-peened to eliminate residual surface stresses. Many spring manufacturers skip this step, but BMR insists on this operation as part of our spring manufacturing process. Every spring is computer tested as the last step—every spring, not just a sample from each batch. Each spring is loaded in the spring tester at the factory, then compressed and the CNC load cell measures the force for a variety of spring lengths. This allows BMR to offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY against spring sag.

Blending aesthetics and performance, BMR has designed the SPD763 for the power adder crowd who want great all-around performance without worrying about the front-end sitting too low. These springs are designed for vehicles with the extra front-end weight of a supercharger or turbocharger kit. These lowering springs feature a fine-tuned spring rate (170 lb/inch front, 800lb/inch rear) to give you great performance and a smooth ride. The linear spring rates offers plenty of support, while remaining soft enough for great weight transfer. When performance and looks are a must, rely on BMR Suspension!

BMR Suspension’s SPD763 lowering springs are available in red powdercoat for long-lasting good looks. Front and rear springs are available separately (SP089 front, SP088 rear). Installation time is about 3-4 hours. Proudly made in the U.S.A.

NOTE:

This product is designed for V8 boosted applications where there is an increase in weight over the front suspension

Designed to work with OE mounts and perches or Camber Plates that re-use the OE perch. Aftermarket perches (Vorshlag) may not fit properly and could lead to excessive NVH.

This product will not fit MagneRide equipped vehicles.

Then, every product is fixture-welded to maintain consistent quality. Workers bead-blast parts and then powdercoat them using BMR's in-house powdercoating line. Finished parts are then assembled and packaged in the assembly department. By manufacturing every product in house, BMR can control the quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.

BMR Suspension products fit and work so well because they are street driven and track tested on BMR project vehicles. Past project cars include a 2005 Mustang drag car, a 2005 Mustang street car, a 2004 GTO, and a 1994 Camaro. Warranty
BMR product applications are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (2) two years from the date of sale to the original purchaser. Obligation under this warranty is limited to product replacement but not the reinstallation of the replacement product or other incidental costs. This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, accident, or improper installation. Normal wear shall not be considered a defect under this warranty. All warranty adjustments are limited to replacement or credit of returned merchandise. This warranty specifically excludes impact damage or damage to powdercoat. BMR will issue a Returned Material Authorization number for every return. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RMA Number. BMR will ship the replacement product at no charge using UPS Ground. If the customer would like to upgrade the shipping method (for example, Next Day Air), the customer will be charged the difference in shipping cost.

BMR product is designed to be used with OEM product and other BMR products. BMR does not warranty our product for fitment with aftermarket product from other manufacturers. This applies to suspension products from other manufacturers as well as aftermarket exhaust products, aftermarket drivetrain products, and other aftermarket products. BMR products that are returned due to fitment issues with OEM components or BMR product will receive a se refund. BMR products that are returned due to fitment issues with aftermarket product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Purchaser understands and recognizes that racing parts, equipment and services by or manufactured and/or sold by BMR, are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold or manufactured by BMR for a particular application is solely the purchaser's decision. BMR makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, or or written, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. The right to make changes in the design or add to or improve on their product without incurring any obligation to install the same on products previously manufactured is expressly reserved. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to Buyer's installation or use of products purchased from BMR.

Returns (Non-Warranty Items)
All non-warranty returns must be made within 90 days from the date of shipment and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, excluding all shipping cost.

BMR Suspension will not accept returns on items that have been installed, used, modified or damaged. All items must be received in the original packing material and in the original condition as it was shipped.

All items damaged from shipping will be refused. BMR will issue a Returned Material Authorization number for every return. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RMA Number. There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges and all items must be sent prepaid. All returned goods sent freight collect will be refused. If item is returned scratched, nicked or damaged in any way, the cost to repair or re-powder coat the item will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If item is missing any components, the cost to replace these components will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Special order items cannot be returned.
