This is a vintage wool blend , red plaid , pleated wrap skirt. Brand is St. Michael. Made in the U.K. Flat across the front and pleated around the sides and back. Wraps to the left with fringed edge and leather straps that buckle. There is some wear to the straps as seen in the photo. Nothing major.

Fits up to a 24" waist and 36" hips. Length is about 25 1/2" from top of waist to bottom edge.
