The graphic artwork is printed using an Epson Ecotank professional photo printer with top quality dye-sublimation ink on HTVRONT sublimation paper.  The image is then cut to size and professionally heat pressed onto the prepared medium density fiberboard (MDF) bars.  Image is sublimated on the front with a coordinating solid color on the back.

"The dye-sublimation process transfers the dye into the substrate rather than depositing it on the surface, resulting in a more permanent image. In addition, because the dye-sublimation process uses heat to vaporize the ink, dye-sublimation ink produces higher-resolution prints than any inkjet."
