One quart sized bag containing 1.5 lbs. of crushed egg shells. Perfect for many gardening uses. Excellent natural soil amendment to improve calcium levels and organic content. I use a handful in each tomato and pepper planting hole to control blossom-end rot. Sprinkle around plants creating a barrier to prevent slugs from crossing. Use in compost piles and compost teas. These shells are from my backyard flock and may contain white, brown, green, or blue shells depending on which hens I have at the moment. While not certified as organic, I adhere to organic methods and principles. Each bag contains 1.5 lbs. of crushed egg shells.
