Our free standard delivery service takes approximately two to three working days. We also offer a next working day express service as a paid upgrade. Please note that some areas in the UK are classed as remote and are unavailable for next day delivery. Some examples include the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. When paying for next working day in these locations, delivery will be quicker than standard delivery but not next day.

If you wish to cancel or return your order prior to shipment please contact us through the eBay messaging service. If your order hasn't already shipped we will endeavour to process your request but cannot guarantee this. If you have already received your order please let us know you wish to cancel within 30 days. In order to return an item you must return it in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Prior to returning your item you must contact us through the eBay messaging service so that we can provide you with the relevant returns information. Once we have received and processed your return the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund times can vary but typically take 3-5 working days to be processed by the bank.
Unless previously agreed all returns are sent back at your own cost. We recommend you use a tracked service and retain the proof of postage.
