Adults:
 Take 1 tablet in the evening half hour before retiring, or as advised by your health professional.

Each tablet contains:
Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) ext. dry conc. 600mg
From min. dry herb 3g (3,000mg)
Std. to Flavonoids calc. as Vitexin 12mg
