As the name implies (Tuck-A-Lope) this vintage piece is in the form of a large envelope, and made to hold and protect standard size documents.  Made of vinyl, it has a gold pouch button clasp on front to secure contents. Gold lettering on front that says "New England Board Of Higher Education".  Excellent condition with no rips or holes.  Made in Flushing, NY, so you know it's vintage!  Please see pics for further description and condition.
