How to return your product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We work incredibly hard to ensure our customers are happy with every order they receive, but sometimes there can be an unavoidable need to return a product and we will do our very best to resolve any issues. Our aim is for you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us, so you can return next time even if you are not satisfied this time.

We will gladly accept the purchased item for a full refund, provided your initial request to return the item is within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your initial request to return the item is after 30 days from the date of purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return request.

All returns must be received in perfect, resalable condition for refunds to be granted.

Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer but if we dispatched the wrong product, return shipping is covered by us of course. All returned items must be in the original packaging, and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, the specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID.

We fully comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Act.

How we deliver?

• We use various couriers to offer you the lowest possible prices. Small and light items are primarily sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, while larger items are shipped using Evri Tracked services.
• All order are processed within 2-12 hours of payment verification.
• If an order is placed before 4pm Monday - Friday and before 10am it will be posted the same day.
• If an order is placed on Saturday after 10am, it will be posted on the following Monday morning.
• Do you need your item fast? You can upgrade your delivery. All delivery options are available during checkout.
• Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
• We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.
• We may consolidate multiple orders into a single package.
• If orders are placed separately rather than within a single basket, they may be shipped individually. However, we always do our best to identify and combine orders placed by the same buyer on the same day, where possible. 
• If you have not received your shipment within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.
